Animation Work

Lead Scene - 3 Yarnballs & A Cat (12 Shots)

This is the main scene I was in charge of for my thesis film, Knit Wits. It had 12 shots included in it, and involved animating three yarnball characters and a cat.

Finished April, 2026.

Comedic Cat Scene - Exaggerated But Believable Acting

Possibly one of the most important shots in my thesis film, I had to make the cat fall over in an exaggerated and humorous, yet also believable way. Minimalist animation got the result I needed.

Finished April, 2026.

Lip Sync Dialogue - Facial Acting and Emotion

A lip sync project attempt to get experience on both moving a character with emotion, but also adding in the lip sync so it worked seamlessly with the motions.

Finished May, 2025.

Worldless Conversation - Three Character Acting and Expression

A small scene in the beginning of my thesis film, involving the three main characters interacting. I had to convey a form of conversation using only actions and expressions.

Finished April, 2026.

Skipping Walk Cycle + String and Fur Interaction - Body Mechanics

This short scene contained some complex walking cycles and movements, including a skipping walk cycle, and the interaction of strings with the body and fur of the cat.

Finished April, 2026.

Fantasy Creature - Invented Behavior (Lizard + Cat)

This was my attempt to create behaviors for a creature that doesn't actually exist, that I could both blend with the creature's design itself, and with the environment around it. I combined the behaviors of a lizard and cat for this one.

Finished December, 2025.
